安信可LoRa系列模塊(Ra-01/Ra-02)由安信可科技設計開發,該系列模塊的射頻晶片SX1278主要採用LoRa™遠程調製解調器,用於超長距離擴頻通信,抗干擾性強,能夠最大限度降低電流消耗。借助SEMTECH的LoRa™專利調製技術,SX1278具有超過-148dBm的高靈敏度,+20dBm的功率輸出,傳輸距離遠,可靠性高。同時,相對傳統調製技術,LoRa™調製技術在抗阻塞和選擇方面也具有明顯優勢,解決了傳統設計方案無法同時兼顧距離、抗干擾和功耗的問題。Ra-01,Ra-02工作頻率為410-525MHz。
